Reviews and Ratings
This hotel has a grand look and ambiance, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to poor service and several issues during the event I attended. The rooms, while nice, were not ready for check-in when we arrived, causing inconvenience for our guests. Overall, the service did not match the high price charged, which made the experience frustrating.
My stay at Ross Bridge was definitely not what I expected. While the golf course is fantastic and the staff in the pro shop were great, the hotel itself felt a bit worn out and underwhelming. I had several issues with my room and dining experiences that didn’t justify the high prices. I appreciated the attempt at customer service from Alexis, but overall, it left me exhausted and disappointed.
I had high hopes for my stay at this resort, known for its amazing golf courses and beautiful pool area, but it fell short on a few fronts. While the spa is top-notch and the service staff at the pool are pleasant, the hotel itself seems to be losing its charm. There were numerous maintenance issues, and the food quality at the restaurant was disappointing. For a property of this caliber, I expected better overall attention to detail.
Overall, my experience at the Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort was quite good. The location is beautiful and the hotel has a unique charm, but the service could use some improvement, especially with staffing levels. The facilities, particularly the pool, were enjoyable, and I appreciated the social distancing measures. However, the limited dining options during the week were a bit of a letdown.
The resort has stunning surroundings that are beautiful to walk through, and the on-site dining experiences were fantastic. However, the rooms are starting to show their age, with maintenance issues and a lack of soundproofing that made sleep difficult. I left feeling that the price charged didn’t align with the quality I experienced during my stay.
